How to Use DSW-125 SmartWasher®

The DSW-125 SmartWasher® is engineered for professional use in busy workshops. Follow these steps for optimal performance and safety:

1. Setup and Positioning
   Place the unit on a flat surface or mobile trolley. Ensure access to a 240V power source. Confirm the reservoir is filled with the appropriate OzzyJuice® solution (DSW-SW3 or SW6-8). 
2. Power and Temperature Control
   Use the side-mounted ON/OFF switch to activate the system. The built-in thermostat heats the fluid to 42°C and is adjustable up to 46°C for tougher cleaning jobs. 
3. Select Your Wash Time
   Choose between 10-minute or 30-minute flow cycles using the timer. This allows efficient washing without excessive fluid use. 
4. Use Brush or Nozzle
   Select either the flow-through parts brush or nozzle. Both offer adjustable flow control for precision cleaning. Scrub or rinse parts thoroughly while fluid circulates through the system. 
5. Monitor System Indicators
   Green indicators show power and standby mode. A red light alerts if fluid level drops too low and needs topping up. 
6. Maintenance
